We don’t just want to host a convention. We want to bring together the local anime. manga, and cosplay communities in a must-attend event. Every panel, artist stall, and meet-up is handpicked with dedication because we care about your experience. For us, this isn’t just a hobby—it’s where the community comes together.
Nichijou Con was started by a collection of local shops, organizers, and cosplayers with more than a decade of industry experience. Our mission? To create something unique and deeply dedicated to the Albuquerque Anime Scene.
For the past three years, we hosted what we liked to call our “Minifest”. A local gathering with games, cosplay, and more! What started as a small event in the backroom of a shop, expanded to take over an entire parking lot before eventually packing out a hotel’s grand ballroom.
Our 2026 event had over 600 attendees and afterward we joked about changing the name from Minifest to Megafest. However, we quickly realized the truth: we were on the fast track to starting our own convention. As we look ahead to 2027, that’s exactly what we are going to do!
